HTB Electrical Contractors LTD was established in October 1990 and has since grown from a small family-run business into a reputable medium-sized company in the industry. Headquartered in Sunderland, we employ around forty full-time staff and a select number of subcontractors. Customer satisfaction, safety, and environmental responsibility have been at the heart of our mission since our inception. We have expanded our expertise to include renewable energies, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining a safe and sustainable infrastructure.

Our Services

At HTB Electrical Contractors LTD, we specialise in professional services related to off-shore and on-shore renewable energy. Our workforce is trained to the highest industry standards, ensuring high-quality and efficient results for all our projects.

In 2008, we introduced renewable energy services to our portfolio following the input of a new director with extensive expertise in the industry. We are currently engaged in offshore wind turbine installations, leveraging our highly skilled and well-equipped squad of installation and QA staff. Renewable energy has transformed the way we work, and we have trained our staff in the following to meet the demands of the field:

• Boat access
• First aid
• High voltage switching
• Senior authorized persons
• Permit to work systems

Our Personnel

We are proud of our highly skilled and fully qualified workforce at HTB Electrical Contractors LTD. Each member undergoes rigorous offshore and TTS5UR (Working Heights) training, ensuring the execution of even the most challenging projects. Moreover, our offshore personnel are fully equipped with first-aid training and ENG1 medical certifications.

To form our core squad, we have chosen individuals with specific expertise in ladder safety, rope access, confined space rescue, and first aid. By continuously updating our personnel's skills and knowledge in sync with advancements in technology and installation methodologies, we confirm our belief in the importance of continuous improvement.
