Helpful and Unhelpful Experiences
The reviews of this solicitor vary greatly in terms of their experience. On the positive side, Dawn Houghton rated the solicitor 5 stars, praising the help they received from Mr. Davies, who was described as "sympathetic and helpful". Eduardo Martinez also gave the solicitor 5 stars, sharing a positive experience with the office, stating that they provided an excellent service in the past and recommending them.
On the other hand, Nicola Ford had a significantly less pleasant experience, rating the solicitor 2 stars. She used the solicitor to handle her father's probate, but felt disappointed with the service. She claimed that important documents were sent to the wrong address, delaying the process by months, and that they charged her over 5,000 in fees without delivering on their promises. She also criticized the poor communication skills and tardy email responses.
Unfortunately, Mark Hampson had an even worse experience, giving the solicitor a 1-star rating. He claimed that the solicitor was trying to "milk clients" by sending fictitious bills over 12 months after no intervention, advising others to avoid them at all costs.
