-Star House Financial Services is an independent financial advice firm based near Bristol, led by company directors Damian Watkins and Amy Woolcott. Originally formed in 2005, our growth has been completely organic, based entirely upon our reputation for highly professional and personable financial advice and word-of-mouth recommendations from other happy clients and professional connections.

From modest beginnings, we now look after a significant (and ever-increasing) number of clients from all over the UK and abroad, despite the fact that we do not actively market our services. Our growing team of advisers, paraplanners, and administrators are committed to professional development and work diligently to ensure the advice we provide our clients is backed up by high levels of research and supported by years of experience in the industry.

Our Commitment to Excellence
We are committed to professional qualifications and strong technical knowledge, both for our advisers and for our support staff. We fund examinations, professional memberships, and additional training to encourage our staff to add to their knowledge and technical capabilities.
Efficiency
We aim to process any paperwork on the day of receipt and will acknowledge that it has reached our office safely. Where complex forms are required to be signed by our clients, we try to complete as much of the paperwork as we can ourselves to make things as easy as possible for our clients.
No Sales Targets
Neither Star House as a company nor its staff are driven by sales or financial targets. This means our focus can be directed towards providing efficient and personable service to our clients.
No Newsletters, Cold Calls or Switchboards
We do not provide newsletters, as these are by definition generic. We do not cold call, and when you call our office, you will always speak to a human being.
