Introducing the Team

At Wilson Europe, we believe that our strength lies in our team. Led by the experienced Julian South, our team brings together a wealth of expertise, delivering a service that is second to none. Our personnel include Ben Wong, Andy Bayman, Paul Marketis, Matthew Bragger, Barney Harrison, Bradley Pearce, Sue Jamieson, and Jasmine Wood, all committed to the Wilson ethos of providing the finest service the industry has to offer.

Julian South, Managing Director, oversees the running of the company, his extensive experience in P&I underwriting and broking ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice. Ben Wong, Director, specialises in P&I for the Far Eastern markets, while Andy Bayman, as Chief Operating Officer, manages the day-to-day operations of the business. Paul Marketis, Director, brings his expertise in the fixed premium and International Group Club markets to the table. Matthew Bragger, Associate Director, specialises in the Middle East and Far Eastern markets, while Barney Harrison and Bradley Pearce, both Brokers, focus on the European market. Sue Jamieson manages Business Operations & Accounting, and Jasmine Wood is our Trainee Broker, learning the ropes from our experienced team1.
