Meadowview Nursery

Meadowview Nursery, established in 2005, is a creation of a dedicated husband and wife team, Janis and Lance, who bring over 20 years of experience in parenting and childcare. The nursery began with a vision of creating a safe, affordable, and friendly environment for children, which is as good as being cared for by their own parents. Our two youngest children attended the nursery, providing us with the best quality assurance available. We take care of your child with the utmost attention and love, ensuring they are as happy and safe as if you were looking after them yourself. Our Aims

At Meadowview Nursery, we strive to achieve two objectives:

• For your child: We aim to create a 'home from home' where they can look forward to coming. A place with familiar faces, friends of their own age, and lots of fun things to do.
• For you: We want all that we offer to be as affordable as possible without any compromises as to the quality of staff, care, and resources.

Facilities and Rooms

Meadowview Nursery is a purpose-built nursery, situated adjacent to Ham lands and the River Thames, designed solely with the aim of creating the safest, cleanest, and most stimulating environment possible for your child. Our facilities include:

• Baby Room: This room is designed to be as much like home as possible. It has a low, comfy sofa, soft rugs, and mini-chairs and tables. Each item is at the children's height and within their grasp so they can explore freely and safely. We have an adjacent Quiet Room to allow your child to sleep or rest when they require it.
• Toddler Room: This room is designed to stimulate, educate and entertain. It is equipped with a fantastic array of toys, games, art materials, and role-play activities. A Quiet Room is also adjacent to allow your child to sleep or rest when they require it.
• Pre-School Room: The Pre-School area is divided into sub-areas where each child can explore different areas of experience: literacy, numeracy, free expression, small world, technology (ICT) etc. Additionally, we have child-sized bathrooms that maintain good hygiene and assist with potty training.
• Garden: Our garden is fitted with an all-weather safety surface, with a separate fenced area for the Babies. It has a playhouse equipped with a climbing wall, cabin, slide, and sandbox. During summer, we encourage the children to engage in gardening activities, including planting salad items, which the Pre-Schoolers will pick, wash and use in their own meals.

Qualified and Experienced Staff

At Meadowview Nursery, we have a team of qualified and experienced staff, including Lena Gutierrez (EYPS, BA(Hons), NNEB), Hasime Murani (BA(Hons)), Inderjit Hara (NVQ3), and Natasha Shearn (NVQ3). They all contribute to the highest standards of care for the children at our nursery.
