As a traditional mixed-practice High Street law firm, our aim is to be able to advise and represent our clients across all of their legal needs. Our size means that our Solicitors are able to specialise in their preferred area of law, allowing them to become true experts. This specialist expertise sometimes means that we receive client referrals from other local Solicitors who don't have the depth of knowledge and experience.
Our extensive services cover Employment Law, Conveyancing, Divorce & Family Law, Disputes, Wills & Probate, Personal Injury, and more. We are always upfront and clear about our costs with our clients and can investigate whether you are eligible for Legal Aid. Wherever help is available, we will always assist you in gaining access to that support.
How We Work
We are clear and transparent about our fees. Where possible, we will offer standardised or fixed prices. We will always keep you well informed and in control of potential additional costs. We work flexibly with our clients. We can meet you at either of our local offices, or if necessary, we can meet you at a neutral safe place or at home. We will communicate with you face-to-face, by phone, letter, or email. Where you are eligible for help such as Legal Aid, we will advise and support you in accessing your entitlement. We will provide you with open, honest advice. Even when it is hard to hear (or hard to deliver), we will ensure you have the full picture regarding your case and your situation.
