With a history dating back to the early 1800s, BHP Law has evolved to offer a fresh approach with traditional values. Our roots can be traced back to 1835 when Steavensons Plant and Park was established in Darlington, and Burt Hart & Pratt was established in Durham shortly after the end of World War II. Over the years, we have expanded through mergers with other firms, including Walton Hardy & Clough, Deas Mallen Solicitors, Winskell & Winskell, Harvey & Marron, Anderson & Haggie, James & Baker, and Adamsons/J W Mitchell Dodds.
