Leigh, the owner of Charizma, embarked on her journey in the hair industry over fifteen years ago after qualifying in Cardiff. She developed her career internationally and her passion for hair, high standards, and excellence in cutting and colouring techniques led her to Charizma. As an inspirational stylist, Leigh believes that a custom-designed cut and colour can truly revolutionise a client's look.

*Helen, Former Owner*:

For numerous decades, Helen owned the salon before entrusting it to Leigh. She is an innovator and a perfectionist, a reflection evident in the exceptional hair she creates for her clients. Each cut is unique, befitting the individual with a hint of "Helen's Magic", allowing her to craft a transformational hair look that her clients cherish. Helen's unwavering pursuit of high standards enabled Charizma to become a Sassoon Partner Salon fifteen years ago. She resonated with Sassoon's meticulous attention to detail and uncompromising standards in their cutting and colouring techniques.

*Keeley, Stylist*:

Keeley joined the team in 2019 and has since become an integral part of the Charizma family. She has progressed through her NVQ and is now fully trained in Sassoon creative cutting and colouring. Keeley's energy, passion, and dedication enable her to create outstanding hairstyles for clients.
