Positive Experiences
The majority of reviewers had a wonderful experience at Aurora salon. Many praised the friendly and professional staff, particularly mentioning Kirsty, Josie, Ella, and Laura. The salon's cleanliness, punctuality, and quality of service were also highlighted. Several reviewers appreciated the attention to detail, such as the careful placement of ear piercings and the variety of stud options. Others enjoyed their nail and hair treatments, including gel extensions, manicures, and hairstyling.
Negative Experiences
However, a few reviewers had disappointing experiences. One reviewer, Sarah Thornton, had a particularly poor experience when she arrived at the salon for a biab nail appointment, only to find the staff were late and uncommunicative.
