If the repair requires more time, we will take your computer or laptop back to our workshop and return it when it's fixed. We charge a fixed price of 45 for the call-out and diagnosis, and if the fault can be repaired within the hour, that's all you pay. If the repair takes longer or the engineer has to take it back to the workshop, you will never pay more than 75 total for labour.
