Our History
Our founders, Kevin and Trevor, began their careers in the early 1980s, working their way up the career ladder from trainees to regional managers at large independent estate agencies. They developed a great working relationship while working at Parkers Independent Estate Agency, and eventually, they decided to establish their own local independent estate agent that would go the extra mile for their clients. After conducting extensive market research, they chose Basingstoke Town as the ideal location for their new venture.
