Lovetts is a specialist debt recovery and dispute resolution firm with 30 years of experience in the industry. Our expertise and exceptional experience allow us to deliver results for our clients, providing advice on the best strategy for their cases while keeping costs to a minimum. Our dedicated team of professionals is supervised by department managers, who, in turn, are overseen by the Operations Manager and the Managing Director. We are proud to introduce our key team members:

• Charles Wilson, Chairman: Charles qualified as a solicitor in 1977 and co-founded Lovetts in 1994, specialising in debt recovery. He was the Managing Director until 2015 and is now the Chairman of the firm. Charles is a keen motorcyclist and golfer, with a large family and 12 grandchildren.
• Michael Higgins, Managing Director: Michael joined Lovetts in 2007 and became a Solicitor in 2011. In 2015, he was appointed Managing Director, ensuring that the firm's ethos of innovation and cost-effective debt recovery remains at the core of the business. Michael has a passion for supporting Chelsea FC and spending time with his family.
• Paul McCulloch, Non-Executive Director - Solicitor: Paul qualified as a Solicitor in 1975 and co-founded Lovetts in 1994. He initiated the development of Lovetts' in-house software and is now a Non-Executive Director. Paul enjoys fishing and spending time with his grown-up family.
• Andrew Dancy, IT Director: Andrew joined Lovetts in 2004 and was appointed IT Director in 2019. He manages the IT department and works alongside the Managing Director on operational and commercial matters. Andrew has a background in working with technology start-ups and is involved in several technology businesses.
• Emma Davis, Finance Manager: Emma joined Lovetts in 2017 and is responsible for supervising the accounts team and ensuring the accurate handling of high-volume payments. She holds a First Class Honours degree in Business Economics with Finance from the University of Surrey.
