Plant List and Machine Capacity

The age of our company, coupled with ongoing investment in new machines, provides us with a very broad equipment base that extends the services we can offer. With more machines than staff, we have the flexibility to meet tight deadlines. Our plant list includes:

• Brittan lathes - ideal for small components
• Manual and CNC lathes for single component and batch sizes
• Auto turning centre with magazine bar feed for large quantities
• Two and three axis milling machines for single and batch sizes
• Fanuc RoboDrill with tool change for production milling
• CNC machines with tool change dedicated to production drilling
• Surface grinding
• Fly press - with the ability to produce single or batch sizes of sheet metal components
