At Chadwick Guest House, we pride ourselves on providing welcoming and comfortable accommodation to our guests. Our beautiful Victorian property, which dates back 100 years, has recently been refurbished throughout to ensure a pleasant stay for all who visit us. Our location is ideal, overlooking an open parkland and Albert Park, and within walking distance to Middlesbrough town centre, Teesside University, shops, Riverside Stadium, restaurants, and The James Cook University Hospital.

Our Services

We offer a range of services to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible. Our family-run B&B has a multi-lingual staff, speaking English, Italian, and French, to cater to guests from all over the world. We have seven bedrooms, each supplied with tea/coffee, TV, towels, and FREE WIFI. Our large lounge area has a TV, and our breakfast room serves a delicious breakfast every morning.

We also offer 24-hour free parking just outside the premises, and a secure private car park at the rear of the property, available with prior booking with management. Bookings can be made online, and we require credit card details to hold and confirm the room, although no payment will be taken.

Since taking over the guest house, we have been awarded a three-star rating and a 5-star rating for excellent standards of hygiene, making us a very affordable and clean accommodation option. We take pride in our guest house and strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
