Positive Experiences
Coversure has received praise for their efficient and easy-to-use services. Chloe Green, who gave the company 5 stars, reported that they found her the perfect liability policy for her photography business, and she would definitely use them again. The policy was also cheaper than any quote she had obtained online.
Negative Experiences
Unfortunately, some customers have had negative experiences with Coversure. Mr. Popular, who gave the company 1 star, complained about the lack of professionalism and deceitful practices. He stated that Coversure refused to pay out for losses due to the COVID-19 pandemic, despite promising to do so. Pig Converter, also giving the company 1 star, shared a similar experience. They had purchased salon insurance policies from Coversure, but when their businesses were forced to close due to the pandemic, the company refused to pay out, citing small print. Pig Converter was further unhappy with the poor customer service and inability to pursue their complaint through the financial ombudsman.
Unclear Standards
It appears that Coversure's standards may be unclear, leading to misunderstandings and disputes. Customers who had purchased policies with compulsory closure cover were not paid out when their businesses were forced to close. This lack of transparency and poor customer service has led to a loss of trust and a significant change in business, with customers opting for other providers.
