Located just one mile from the centre of Alyth, our farmhouse is conveniently situated near shops, pubs, and restaurants, as well as outdoor sports, castles, museums, wildlife sites, and the cities of Dundee and Perth, all within a 30-minute drive. We proudly breed Hebridean Sheep and keep chickens on our farm, and guests are welcome to participate in farm activities such as collecting eggs, feeding chickens, and gathering sheep.

Our Accommodation
Our farmhouse provides bright, spacious self-catering accommodation for up to 10 people, spread over two wings. The East wing features a ground floor double bedroom (Bedroom 1) with an en-suite shower-room that is wheelchair accessible, making it ideal for guests with restricted mobility. The upper floor of the East wing includes Bedroom 2, a twin or super-king room with an en-suite bathroom, and Bedroom 3, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
The West wing upper floor includes Bedroom 4, a twin or super-king room, and Bedroom 5, a double bedroom with a shared shower room. The large fully equipped, fitted farmhouse kitchen with dining for 10 features a range cooker with a double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, woodburner, TV and French doors to the patio. The sitting room boasts panoramic south and east-facing views with a TV, DVD, Wii, board games and a woodburner.

Kirklandbank is a working farm that breeds Hebridean Sheep and keeps chickens. Guests are welcome to participate in farm activities such as collecting eggs, feeding chickens, and gathering sheep.
