Our Story

Nestled in the heart of the conservation village of Meikleour, The Meikleour Arms is a unique boutique hotel and restaurant that offers a truly unforgettable experience. With a rich history dating back to 1820, our hotel is owned and run by Meikleour Estate, one of the oldest historical estates in East Scotland. Our 11 spacious bedrooms and 16 stylish hotel cottages are ideal for a relaxing family holiday, an escape to the country, or a sporting trip.

Our Services

We take pride in our multi award-winning restaurant, which serves superb country food incorporating produce from the estate and the neighbouring lands. Our chefs use only the freshest ingredients to create a menu that is both delicious and innovative. From our Seasonal Foraged Menu to our daily specials, we have something to suit every taste.

If you're looking for adventure, we offer salmon fishing on our own stunning stretch of the river Tay, as well as golf packages with the Blairgowrie Golf Club. And with our dog-friendly policy, you can bring your furry friend along for the ride.

Our 11 bedrooms and 5 cottages are designed to provide the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. With superb mattresses, lovely crisp linen, and beautiful bathrooms, you'll feel right at home. And with our 48-hour free cancellation policy, you can book with confidence.
