Overview: The reviewer, Tricia Scurr, has expressed dissatisfaction with the services provided by Culina & Balneo, a company based in Bordesley Green Birmingham. The company supplied and fitted a kitchen to her new build property, but several issues have arisen that remain unresolved.
Damaged Electric Oven: One of the main concerns is the damage to the electric oven in three places. The damage could have occurred before, during, or after the installation. The reviewer is unhappy that the company has refused to take responsibility for this issue.
Fire Hazard Due to Lack of Vents: Another issue is the failure to install vents below the fridge/freezer and oven, which has resulted in a fire hazard. This has further added to the reviewer's frustration and disappointment with the company's performance.
