Our clients include major residential and infrastructure developers such as Bellway Homes, Keepmoat Homes, St Modwen Homes, Kier Living, Miller Homes, Countryside, and Redrow Homes. From contracts worth 500k to 30m, we apply the same level of rigour and diligence to ensure that we deliver on time and to the highest standards.

At the heart of our business are our people. Our passionate and dedicated staff members are our greatest strength, and over the past year, we have invested in a new training center to deliver our in-house apprenticeship program. Apprenticeships & Training

At M. Lambe Construction, we recognize the importance of attracting the best candidates to our workforce. That is why we pay well above the government advisory rate for apprentices and offer an extensive training program. Our apprenticeship program is an excellent opportunity for candidates to learn practical skills, work on projects in the Midlands, develop their life and leadership skills, and launch successful careers. Our apprentices study for a City and Guilds Level 2 qualification in Construction Civil Engineering for two days each week, while the remainder of the week is spent on site working alongside a mentor. We encourage our apprentices to pursue further career development after completing their apprenticeships by expanding their site expertise or progressing to more technical or commercial roles.
