At Smart Turn, we pride ourselves on being a leading valve component supplier to the oil and gas industry, as well as a trusted partner to the Formula One industry. Our story began in 1992, when we started as a small precision engineering company in a starter unit with a single CNC centre lathe. We initially produced turned components for a Formula One customer, and soon expanded our services to supply turned and milled components to the Formula One, hydraulic, and laser industries.

Our Services
We offer a comprehensive range of services, including CNC milling, CNC turning, sliding head and multi spindle machining. Our state-of-the-art plant is equipped with over 50 machines, including horizontal, vertical 3, 4 and 5 axis machining centres, multi axis and 2 axis lathes. We can provide a fully comprehensive machining service, manufacturing prototype, batch and volume components in a wide range of materials, from stainless steel to nickel-based alloys.

Work Environment and Management
