Manufacturing and Quality Standards

APOLLO Radiators works closely with experienced manufacturers in Europe to produce quality designer radiators and bathroom heating solutions. We ensure that our manufacturing process encompasses the latest design standards, and maintain rigorous quality checks on every product before they leave our premises.

APOLLO Radiators also offers a 5-year manufacturing warranty for most of its products. However, the warranty period for electrical products stands at 12 months. Any damages incurred during the shipping process or while on-site are not covered under the terms of the warranty. Adjusting pipe work prior to the delivery of the radiator is discouraged, as APOLLO Radiators cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from such actions. Upon purchase, the warranty will start from the date of acquisition at the customer's wholesaler.

Please note that bespoke specials and coloured radiators are non-refundable upon return. Sealed electric products are assembled to order and considered bespoke specials as well. We reserve the right to modify specifications and prices without prior notice due to continuous improvement policies.
