Homeowners Insurance Nightmare
Travelers Insurance has been a disaster for some customers, with multiple reviewers expressing frustration and disappointment with their services. One reviewer, Misty Jordan, had a horrific experience with their home insurance claim, stating that their "Claim Professional", Ada Thao, refused to communicate with them for six months, resulting in their claim being ignored. Jordan called Travelers the "worst home owners insurance you could possibly get".
Mixed Reviews and High Rates
On the other hand, Thomas Meyers had a more positive experience, stating that Travelers has been good to their customers when filing claims and that their rate was very high with their previous insurance, but was willing to work with them to get a competitive rate. However, not all reviewers had a positive experience, as Daniel Nalazek II encountered issues with his auto insurance, including being offered only $250 for a stolen $1500 lens and being charged $145 a month for auto insurance due to having an out-of-state license, without being notified.
