Our Story

Our founder, Tracey, founded TSG Letting Services over 13 years ago while working as an independent mortgage advisor. She saw an opportunity to provide high-quality letting services with local knowledge, which was lacking in Musselburgh and East Lothian at the time. Since then, TSG has grown, and we now manage properties throughout East Lothian, Edinburgh, and surrounding areas. As a family business, we want to make our tenants and landlords feel like they are part of the family too.

TSG Letting Services Ltd is a regulated Letting agent in Scotland and abides by the Letting Agent Code of Practice. We are registered as a letting agent in Scotland under LARN1811013 and are also registered under the Data Protection Act.
