Our Story
The Half Moon Inn has been at the centre of Belchamp St Paul village activity for over four hundred years. Built in the early 16th century, most of the original features of the pub have been lovingly maintained, and the pub oozes history. We have an ever-changing seasonal menu that we would love you to try, and we are passionate about using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Our chefs prepare all our food fresh in-house, from our delicious homemade chips to our decadent cheesecakes.

Our food service hours are as follows: Wednesday to Saturday, 12noon - 2.30pm and 6pm - 9pm. On Sundays, we offer a delicious Sunday Roast menu, served from 12noon - 4pm. We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
