The first review is from ChopGateDon, giving 2 stars. They came to check the boiler, but after inspecting, they suggested the issue might be with the PCB and advised calling the manufacturer as it would be cheaper. However, another company was called, and they diagnosed that the fan needed replacing, which was fixed. The service was described as if the technicians were not very bothered.
The second review is from Mike Walton, rating 5 stars. He praises the family-run business for their excellent work in replacing his bathroom. They provided good advice and would either install customer-provided equipment or recommend quality products if unsure.
