At McLennan, we are a RIAS and RIBA Chartered Practice that has been providing a comprehensive range of architectural services since 1981. Our Services

Our Architectural Design service is customer-focused, and we provide a full range of architectural services to support our clients' projects. Our Space Planning service helps clients create effective ideas to transform their property and make more efficient use of the existing space. We also provide an Interior Design service, which includes the provision of full finishes, furniture, fitments, and equipment solutions. Our Feasibility & Concept Design service helps clients identify suitable sites and realise their development plans.

We recognise the significant benefits of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and offer this service to support large-scale projects. Our Principal Designer service ensures full compliance with the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015, and our Design Co-ordination service manages the entire development process from site acquisition to completion. We have a wealth of experience in Conservation & Heritage projects, having altered and extended many historic buildings since our formation in 1981.

Our History

McLennan was founded on 1st May 1981 and has grown to be involved in sectors ranging from Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Retail, and Leisure through to Industrial, Financial, and Residential Sectors throughout Scotland and the rest of the UK.
