Our strategy and masterplan services involve looking strategically at town centre and housing regeneration, using our planning and urban design skills to offer development plans that work for residents, stakeholders, and the wider community. Our Hab-Lab innovation reinforces our aspiration to create designs that not only look great but also perform flawlessly, and we employ a dedicated building performance specialist to assist clients in benchmarking, measuring, and improving the performance of their new and existing building stock.
