Reliability and Responsiveness
Anar is highlighted as being very responsive over the phone, always picking up calls, and super reliable. Hira is also praised for handling the process from start to finish with ease.
Communication Issues
However, some users have had negative experiences with communication. A client was initially advised that the property would be marketed to investors, but instead, the agency took pictures from an existing listing, listed the house at a low price, and at a different address. Another client was not informed about the landlord's change of mind regarding pet policy, resulting in the loss of the rental property.
Service Quality
Aaliyah, Aken, and Saira are commended for providing great service, being quick to respond, and helpful throughout the lease and move-in process. Tahera did an excellent job, working hard and honestly to achieve a higher-than-asking price for a rental property.
Regrettability of Leaving Early
Chris Holtum regrets not switching to VictorStone sooner, citing that the agency charges slightly more but provides better service.
Dishonesty and Unprofessionalism
Several users experienced dishonest and unprofessional behavior from the agency. The agency failed to disclose to the first agent that they would be marketing the property as a second agent, and initially advised the client that it would be marketed to investors. The agency also kept changing the terms of the contract and accepted a higher offer without informing the client, ultimately losing them a week of research into other properties.
Blacklisting and Court Cases
Lo B accuses the agency of frequently breaking the law, renting properties with building safety issues, and not doing the repairs. The agency is also accused of breaching the UK Advertising Codes, using fake reviews to hide customer complaints, and having been blacklisted by UCL university.
Recommendations and Caution
