David Holt, one of the founding members of WHY, has over 25 years of experience in the commercial property sector. He has an extensive contact list across the country and is an expert in the logistics, industrial, and business space sectors. James Young, another founding member, has over 30 years of experience in the industry, specializing in out-of-town offices, portfolios, and development funding. He has a strong track record of delivering successful transactions for clients such as HSBC Private Bank, RREEF, Cheval Properties, and Great Portland Estates.

Our Track Record

At WHY, we have a proven track record of delivering results for our clients. Over the years, we have completed numerous transactions, including the acquisition of Notcutt House, a prime office investment in Milton Keynes, on behalf of ING Real Estate. We have also sold Saxon Park, a 127,008 sq ft industrial estate in Milton Keynes, on behalf of Columbia Threadneedle.
