The person/admin in Ascot was not professional, caring, or sympathetic.
The order of service had a wrong date that meant the person was still alive.
Blamed their printers for the mistake.
Donation page was listed on the order of service but not set up.
Funeral directors seemed not to care and blamed the family for taking down the donation page.
