Kieron Shepherd - Managing Director
With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Kieron began his career as a mason and progressed through the ranks to Construction Manager. In 2012, Kieron founded Shepherd Construction, which has since grown a diverse portfolio of residential extensions, renovations, and bespoke new builds. Kieron's unwavering dedication to his work has earned him a stellar reputation in the industry, and he remains committed to leading and expanding Shepherd as Managing Director. Kieron is a family man who enjoys shooting and golf in his spare time.

- New Build - Falmouth: A stunning bespoke single-story home, situated a stone's throw from Swanpool beach in Falmouth.
- Garden Retreat - Falmouth: Renovation of an original courtyard garden infill, with a link extension to create a new Kitchen, Utility, Shower room, and Dining room.

Development Services
- St Pauls Old School - Penzance: Conversion of a primary school built in 1860c into nine 2-bedroom houses.
- North Roskear - Camborne: Phase 1 due to complete late 2022.
- Trebarvah - Constantine: A small Development of four 4 and 5-bedroom houses in a mixed open market and affordable housing scheme.
