Our History
Established in March 1991, Marnick Builders began with small jobs, repairs, and maintenance for the general public and the Carrick District Housing Department. In 1993, we secured our first extension project, which led to our expansion and the employment of staff. Our major breakthrough came in 2000 when we were contracted to rebuild Pennance House at Swanpool, Falmouth. This project was followed by extensive refurbishment at Rosilian in Flushing. After the property was sold, the new owners engaged us to do even more extensive alterations. The values that Marnick Builders started with remain at the forefront of the company today. With over 80 years of combined experience, we maintain excellent working relationships with all clients, use quality materials, and complete projects on time and within budget, regardless of scale.
