Our Studio

Our studio is based in Colchester City Centre, and our team originates from across the UK, bringing diversity and breadth-of-skill to our services. We work nationally, with experience of new and historic building projects in Scotland, Wales, the North, North West, Yorkshire, East Midlands, East Anglia, London, and the South. Our experience spans from bespoke residential projects in the greenbelt to Grade 1 Listed Building repairs and new commercial, mixed-use buildings.

• Building Recording & Heritage Statements: We document and record the history and cultural significance of historic buildings to inform conservation and restoration efforts.
• Building Modelling (BIM) and Rendered Visuals: We create detailed 3D models and visual simulations to help clients visualize and plan their projects.
• Building Regulation Applications: We prepare and submit applications for building regulations and ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
• Planning & Listed Building Applications: We prepare and submit applications for planning and listed building consent, ensuring that our clients' projects meet local and national regulations.
• Scheduled Monument Consent Applications: We provide expert advice and guidance on the conservation and management of scheduled monuments.
• Contract Administration Principal Designer Duties: We manage the construction phase of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
