St. Michael's Nursery School is a Catholic Maintained Nursery School located on the Stewartstown Road in West Belfast. Our school has been providing high-quality pre-school education to children in the local community since 1991. Our Services
We offer a range of services to support the development of our children. These include:
- A full-time pre-school education program for 52 children, from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm
- A staff of two teachers and two nursery assistants, all of whom have specialized qualifications in early years education
- A broad and balanced curriculum, designed to promote the development of all areas and the acquisition of a range of skills
- A focus on promoting a love of learning and developing parental partnership
- A nurturing and stimulating environment, designed to enhance self-esteem and confidence, and lay the foundation for lifelong learning
- Opportunities for children to explore and learn outdoors in our mature site with a huge outdoor natural space
Our Facilities
Our school has two classes, red class and blue class, each led by a qualified teacher and supported by a nursery assistant. Our classes are designed to provide a stimulating and secure environment for our children to learn and play.
