Meet Patricia and Gennaro, your chefs. With years of experience between them, they have honed their skills in some of the top restaurants in the country, including one-Michelin-starred Dabbous and two-Michelin-starred Hibiscus and L'enclume. Gennaro's passion for cooking began at a young age and has led him to win numerous international awards with the Welsh Culinary team. His dedication to using only the finest ingredients and innovative techniques has earned him a reputation as one of the leading chefs in the region.
