What Makes Melrose Nursery Special?
So, what makes Melrose Nursery stand out from the crowd? Better social skills, of course! Surrounded by other children and adult leaders, day nursery pupils learn to engage very well with others. You'll see your child develop the important skills that they'll need through their education and beyond like listening to others, making friends, sharing, self-expressions, cooperation, and accountability. Better performance in later school years is another significant benefit. Educational surveys have demonstrated and proven on repeated occasions that children who go to and participate in day nursery activities require less additional or special instruction in primary schools and beyond. Day nurseries really do help prepare your child socially, emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Our nurseries also offer a wide range of engaging activities that foster a love of learning, such as noticing improved attention spans, more engagement in and enthusiasm for learning, and better health. Toddlers who attend day nurseries tend to be more resilient and adapted to different environments and situations. We all know that children are more prone to illness than adults, but every illness they're exposed to makes their immune system stronger. At Melrose Nursery, we believe that learning through play is essential. Our children love to play, and we make sure they have plenty of opportunities to do so in our spacious outdoor play areas, group activities, and messy play sessions.
