Our Story
Our story began in the 1970s in Asturias, Spain, where our founder, Amador, and his mother, Miluca, ran their first family restaurant. This was the start of a culinary journey that would take us to new heights. After meeting his future wife, Alison, in the 1980s, they opened a pool bar in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. As their family grew, so did their passion for food and hospitality. Amador later managed several popular restaurants and hotels in Lanzarote, honing his skills and developing his signature style.
