Our Story
Ben and Rosy, the current proprietors, have been working together for over 20 years, with a shared passion for good food, excellent service, and a love for the beautiful city of Bath. Their journey began in Italy, where Ben was a personal chef to a renowned Italian restaurant and wine critic. It was here that he and Rosy met and fell in love. After working together in Tuscany and Ravenna, they moved to the Pelican Hotel on Miami Beach, where they started a family.
