Here at Annslea Bed & Breakfast, we take pride in offering a warm Scottish welcome to guests from around the world. Our traditional Victorian highland home is perfectly situated in the heart of the historic town of Pitlochry, providing the perfect base for exploring the magnificence of the Highlands of Scotland.
About Us
Our family-owned and run bed and breakfast is open throughout the year, allowing guests to experience the charms of this beautiful region. We welcome families and are delighted to accommodate guests with small children and babies, as well as those with limited mobility. Our five comfortable en-suite guest bedrooms are carefully designed to make you feel right at home, with full central heating and Wi-Fi access.
In addition to our charming bedrooms, we also offer a delicious Highland breakfast, served every morning in our dining room between 8:30 and 9:00 am. Our breakfast buffet includes a wide range of options, including cereals, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, fruit juices, grapefruit segments, prunes, and a selection of cheeses and Scottish oatcakes. Of course, this is followed by a sumptuous cooked Highland breakfast or vegetarian cooked breakfast, complete with lashings of hot toast, freshly brewed tea, and piping hot coffee.
Accommodation
At Annslea Bed & Breakfast, we understand the importance of providing comfortable and relaxing accommodations. Our five en-suite guest bedrooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a restful stay. We also have a family suite in Annslea Garden Cottage, which comprises a double bedroom and adjoining twin room with en-suite, plus a double bedroom with en-suite. All of the rooms in the cottage are on the ground floor and are easily accessed for the less mobile.

Pitlochry and the surrounding area offer a wide range of activities and attractions, from beautiful panoramic local walks to outdoor sports and theatrical entertainment. Our guests can take pleasure in the many festivities and annual attractions, including the Pitlochry Theatre Festival, outdoor sports attraction, and artists. The surrounding countryside provides ample opportunity for adventure, including angling for salmon and trout, golf, walking, and cycling.
Self-Catering Accommodation
In addition to our bed and breakfast, we also offer pet-friendly self-catering accommodation, which sleeps four people. Our self-catering accommodation is perfect for families or small groups, and prices start from 662 to 769 per week.
