Meet the Creative Team
Our Westrow Artistic Team is constantly in demand, educating and innovating at events across the globe. Dedicated to discipline, the team is at the forefront of creativity and continually strives for excellence, pushing the boundaries in both contemporary cut and colour techniques. The multi-award-winning team has won countless awards over the years, including the prestigious 2012 L'Oreal Colour Trophy Grand Final.
Steve Rowbottom
As Creative Director, Steve Rowbottom has been instrumental in the growth and success of Westrow. With a creative mind and commercial savvy, Steve has taken the brand from strength to strength since establishing Westrow with co-owner Marc Westerman in 1987. Steve is forward-thinking in all areas integral to the evolution of the Westrow business, which has eight salons across Yorkshire and a 5,000 sq. ft. educational Academy in the heart of Leeds.
Jenny Pelter
Jenny Pelter is our Technical Director and has been setting the tone for the Westrow Artistic Team. With a passion for colour and a commitment to education, Jenny has become a colour aficionado since joining the company at the age of 18. She is now co-franchisee of Westrow's eighth salon on Street Lane, North Leeds, with business partner Amy Lopez.
Hollie Watson
Hollie Watson is a Senior Stylist and recently graduated L'Oreal Colour Specialist at Westrow 4-6 Thornton's Arcade in the heart of Leeds city centre. Renowned for her ability to translate seasonal trends and executing them effortlessly, Holly's work is classic with a touch of luxe.
