Manufacturing & Assembly
Our manufacturing capabilities include the production of bespoke conveyors, hoppers, and pipework, as well as the assembly of complex systems. Our experienced team is dedicated to delivering high-quality products, tailored to meet the specific requirements of our customers.
Sheet Metal Profiling
We possess two high-definition plasma cutting machines, which enable us to provide precision cutting services for our customers. Our machines can cut through metal up to 70mm thick, making us well-suited to meet the demands of our industry.
Metal Forming
Our metal forming capabilities include the use of a Durma 40320 tandem press brake, which offers a folding capacity of up to 15mm thick plate. Our experienced operators have over thirty years of experience in operating presses, ensuring the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
Fabrication & Welding
Our newly built fabrication and welding facility boasts a 10,840 square foot area, purpose-built for the fabrication and welding of complex steelwork and pipework. Our technicians are trained and certified to industry standards, ensuring the highest levels of quality and safety.
Surface Preparation
We offer a shot blasting service, which can be customized to meet the specific requirements of our customers. Our blast medium of choice is garnet grit, ensuring a high-quality finish. We also provide a range of surface coatings, including galvanizing and powder coating, to meet our customers' specific needs.
Assembly & Delivery
Our dedicated assembly facility is equipped with the latest technology, enabling our engineers to efficiently assemble complex systems. We also maintain a fleet of fully PSV'd flatbed lorries, ensuring prompt and reliable delivery of our products.
