Our Story

Mark's wife, Sue, designed the restaurant's interior, while Mark put together the first menu, featuring an eclectic mix of global flavours. The restaurant's first employee, Steve, joined the team at just 16 years old, helping Mark with dishwashing and serving duties. Today, Steve remains a key member of the team, now serving as Restaurant Manager. Mark's son, Michael, has taken over the reins, working tirelessly to maintain the restaurant's high standards while introducing new ideas and innovations.
