Our Story
At Viva Cuba, we're passionate about celebrating the vibrant culture and cuisine of Cuba, Spain, and South America. Our journey began in 2001, when two friends, Seb McGowan and Michael Cook, decided to take the leap and open their own restaurant in Leeds, inspired by their own travels and love of Latin American flavors.
