Our services include Full Management or Tenant Find only options, allowing you to choose the level of service that suits your requirements. We also offer a bespoke lettings service tailored to your specific needs.

Client Money Protection

At Fresh Sales and Lettings, we take the security of our clients' money very seriously. That's why we are members of the Client Money Protect scheme, which ensures that all deposits are safely kept in a government-backed scheme.

Deposit Protection Scheme

We are members of the Custodial Scheme, which provides an additional layer of security for our tenants' deposits. This scheme ensures that all deposits are held securely and are only released when the tenancy agreement is completed.

Charges

At Fresh Sales and Lettings, we understand that our clients expect transparency and clarity when it comes to fees. That's why we have outlined our charges below:

  • Replacement of keys: actual cost of replacement plus 6
  • Attendance at the property: charged at an additional 24 per hour (including travelling time)
  • A breach of contract resulting in a Section 8 Notice being issued: 35
  • Returned, refused, or re-presented payment to our bank: 20 for each presentation
  • Failure to respond to letters, emails, or telephone calls causing genuine belief that the property has been abandoned necessitating a personal visit to the property: 50
  • Failure to keep a pre-booked appointment to give access to the property for either a contractor or agent visit without giving at least 12 hours' notice of cancellation being given: 50
  • Early termination of contract: 75 (advertising & viewings), 25 (to refund tenancy documentation), and 50 referencing costs of new tenants
