Key Members of Our Team
- Paul Kitching, Managing Director, has been involved in the family business since 1983 and has worked alongside his father before starting Alf Kitching Ltd in 1997. Paul holds a SHE award NVQ level 5 and studied Civil Engineering at Loughborough University.
- Mick Kitching, Director, has over forty years of experience in the earthmoving industry and is responsible for the overall control of our site operations.
- Simon Richardson, Health & Safety Manager, is responsible for the development and operation of the company's Health & Safety management systems.
- Pat Davies, Business Development Manager, brings a wealth of experience from his time in the heavy plant industry in sales for JCB and Liebherr.
- Ian Kitching, Site Manager, has over 20 years of experience within the company and manages a wide range of projects across the UK.
- Mick Dowman, Site Manager, has worked for the company since 1983 and holds a CPCS Site Supervisors certificate.
- Andy Bailey, Site Manager, has worked for the company since 1983 and holds a CPCS Site Supervisors certificate.
- Lynda Young, Accounts and Admin, joined the company in 2013 and has worked in the construction industry for several years.
