Our Story
HybrIT was originally formed in 2015 with the goal of delivering C-level business consulting and director services to the SME market and IT channel. Our founder, Paul Forkgen, an experienced IT director and business owner, recognized the need for IT Directors available to small to medium-sized businesses. He saw that many companies offered an "encompassing" or "Virtual" service, but this was largely supplementing the function, not providing an actual C-level resource.
As we expanded our services, we focused on providing more services to complement our IT Director service. Our ethos, driven by our owners and management team, is to treat every customer equally, without exception. We believe that every small business has the potential to become a medium-sized business, and every medium-sized business can become a large enterprise. Let's grow together!

Surrounded by a gated, high brick wall, we're situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Weedon Bec. Our presence is marked by the former Napoleonic War era Military Ordnance Depot, established by Act of Parliament in 1803.
