Disappointing Experiences
Several reviewers have had unfortunate experiences with Ascot Kitchens. Alana Clarke's kitchen was fitted three years ago, but she has had numerous issues, including cupboard doors falling off the ceiling, and poor communication with the company. She has been ignored despite her repeated requests for reimbursement and has had to pay someone else to fix the problems. Ian's refusal to come out and fix the issues, blaming Alana for being aggressive and rude, is also concerning.

Poor Communication and Installation
However, Bogdana Kilicsoglu had a disastrous experience, with her kitchen installation taking over 5 times to get right. She received the wrong parts, including doors, plinths, and cupboards, and was forced to pay for delivery, despite the company having included plinths in the original agreement.
