Our Story

Victoria's Beauty Salon is a renowned beauty therapy salon located in Wolverhampton, established in 2008 by Victoria, a passionate beauty therapist with a vision to provide exceptional beauty services to men and women in the West Midlands. Our story began in the 1990s when Victoria knew she wanted to pursue a career in beauty therapy, defying her mother's initial doubts about the industry's financial stability. With hard work and determination, Victoria qualified in Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 2 & 3 at Stafford college and later acquired a small loan to start her own business, running alongside a hair salon in Wolverhampton.

We also have a silent appointment option available upon request. Salon Etiquette

To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, we have implemented a few salon etiquette guidelines. We kindly request that our clients arrive at their scheduled appointment time, as we strive to provide undivided attention to each client. We also ask that children under the age of 16 are accompanied by a guardian during their appointment. Additionally, we require a non-refundable booking fee to secure appointments, which can be paid via bank transfer or cash. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our policies, designed to ensure a reliable and professional service.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Before booking your appointment, we kindly request that you take the time to read through our booking and cancellation policy. These policies are in place to ensure that we can maintain a reliable and professional service for our team and clients. We require a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule, and failure to provide adequate notice may result in the loss of your booking fee.
