Here's what some of our satisfied parents have to say about our nursery:

- "I can't imagine a kinder group of staff than the Redbrick team and I can't thank them enough for the input they've had on my kids' upbringing."
Exceptional Care and Staff
Redbrick Nursery has received numerous glowing reviews from parents who are thrilled with the exceptional care and attention provided to their children. The staff are described as "genuinely caring" and "professional, " taking the time to get to know each child and their needs. The nursery's calm and welcoming environment has helped to ease the transition for children, with some even claiming that their little ones don't want to leave.
Communicative and Supportive Staff
Parents appreciate the staff's ability to communicate effectively with them, keeping them informed about their child's daily activities and progress. The team is described as "brilliant" and "supportive, " going above and beyond to help children with special needs, as well as parents who need assistance with issues like potty training.
Healthy Food and Routine
The nursery's healthy menu has been praised, with one parent mentioning that the meals are "brilliant." The environment is also designed to promote a sense of routine, with one parent commenting that the "calm" atmosphere helps her child to settle in easily.
Complaints
Unfortunately, one parent had a less-than-positive experience at the nursery. They claim that the staff's attitude towards their child changed over time, with the child being neglected and left crying for hours. Additionally, the parent felt that the staff were dishonest about their child's health, including lying about the child having a temperature without a valid reason.
