Positive and Negative Experiences with Classic Line Insurance
Disappointing Service
Dave and Aaran Gordon both left negative reviews, complaining about difficulties in getting quotes, poor customer service, and mistakes made by the company. Dave found it difficult to get a quote due to his self-employment, while Aaran was unhappy with the company's handling of his request to add an additional vehicle to his policy, which led to a uninsured vehicle and financial loss.
Good Service Experience
Richard Gosling had a positive experience with Classic Line, praising the company's excellent customer service. He appreciated how they quickly released his No Claims Bonus when he added a new vehicle to his policy, and found their prices to be the best for his classic car.
Geoff Tennant, who previously had a terrible experience with Brentarce, recommended avoiding Brentarce and using Classic Line instead.
Andrew Noblett, on the other hand, experienced a nightmare with the company's breakdown assistance and claims handling, resulting in significant damage to his vehicle. Russell Hogg was frustrated with the company's phone service, waiting for a long time to get through and then being put on hold.
